Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access control, loss prevention support, and/or de-escalation of customer or employee-related issues when needed; Support emergency situations and policy-related responses, including contacting emergency services when appropriate, preserving incident scenes, and preparing clear, accurate activity and incident reports
