    Job Description
    • Oversee all phases of federal construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
    • Manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure safety and compliance with project specifications.
    • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide project execution.
    • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project updates.
    • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
    • Ensure compliance with federal construction regulations and safety protocols.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

    A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:
    • Strong knowledge of federal construction regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.

    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documentation.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
