    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, staff, performers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and/or other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details through appropriate channels.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, lobbies, galleries, performance spaces, backstage access points, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify access permissions as directed, and assist with crowd flow during arrivals, intermissions, departures, and/or special events.; Support a professional atmosphere by providing directions, answering questions, and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related concerns, hazards, and/or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
