Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, storefronts, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter access points; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior; Support opening and closing activities, assist with access control and visitor interactions, and provide directions or assistance as needed within the location
