Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, team members, and store leadership by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with the appropriate contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, parking areas, receiving zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior; Monitor access to designated areas, observe customer and employee activity for security-related concerns, and report maintenance, hazard, and/or policy issues to site leadership; Support opening and closing routines, assist with crowd and line management during busy periods, and provide a visible presence that helps to promote an orderly shopping environment
