    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using sound judgment and clear communication while following armed post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention or reporting.; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic locations, verifying access permissions and documenting security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual activity according to site procedures.; Support healthcare operations by assisting with emergency calls, de-escalation support, and coordination with staff and first responders during medical, behavioral, and/or security-related events.
