Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper communication channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout utility-related locations, including buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and support site rules involving restricted areas, vehicles, and contractor presence
