Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation efforts and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Maintain an armed presence in accordance with post orders, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies while observing for security-related concerns and documenting incidents as required.; Monitor access points and sensitive areas, assist with visitor direction and traffic flow, and report security-related issues, hazards, and/or suspicious activity to site leadership.
