Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all persons on location by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout industrial buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance or access concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and support visitor, contractor, and vehicle screening procedures in accordance with site requirements; Assist with monitoring site operations for security-related issues, support incident response efforts, and communicate with supervisors, employees, and/or local responders as needed
