Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions taken according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify entry permissions when required, and communicate with residents, guests, management, and/or first responders regarding security-related concerns.
