Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, sales floor, entrances, exits, stockroom areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and assist with loss prevention awareness by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unauthorized access; Support retail operations during opening, closing, peak traffic periods, and/or special events by maintaining a visible presence and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related concerns
