Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a utility location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, outages, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, gates, parking areas, and other restricted locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and document security-related incidents, unusual conditions, and/or maintenance issues.; Support facility operations during changing weather, after-hours activity, and/or service interruptions by following post orders and reporting conditions that could affect personnel, property, and ongoing operations.
