Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including entrances, parking areas, hallways, and perimeter areas, as assigned; Monitor access points and observe activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations; Support staff, patients, and visitors by giving directions, addressing routine concerns, and communicating security-related information in a professional manner
