Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through proper site communication channels.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help to support authorized entry, follow visitor protocols, and document security-related concerns.; Assist with routine inspections, incident documentation, and coordination with site contacts and/or public service personnel when conditions call for additional support.
