Traffic Flagger (NOT FLAGGER FORCE)
Full-Time | $16/HR | 50+ hrs available
We are hiring reliable and safety-focused Flaggers to support active construction projects throughout the Lancaster County area. This is a full-time on-going opportunity with strong hours and room for growth.
Additional Details
- Pay: $16/hour
- Orientation/Training held in: Reading
- Projects located in: Lancaster County
- Opportunity to advance into higher-level roles based on experience, leadership ability, and performance
- Must have valid DL with own transportation
- Carpooling available once trained
- Direct and control traffic flow through construction zones
- Use signs, hand signals, and communication devices to safely guide drivers
- Set up and break down traffic control equipment (cones, barricades, signage)
- Maintain a safe work environment for crews, drivers, and pedestrians
- Stay alert to changing traffic patterns and job site conditions
- Communicate clearly with team members and site supervisors
- Valid driver's license (REQUIRED)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
- Must be dependable and punctual
