Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.; Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorization when required, and directing visitors according to site procedures.; Support a healthcare environment by assisting with de-escalation, maintaining a professional presence, and communicating respectfully with individuals who may be in crisis and/or need assistance.
