Locations & Shifts:
Elwood: Monday & Tuesday1400-2200 (Payrate: $18.00/hr.)
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment. This role requires a high level of vigilance, integrity, and customer service while performing duties as a security officer at a standing post for extended periods.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for monitoring and reporting activities and incidents at the assigned client site to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
- Conducts regular foot patrols and completes scans.
- Maintains order and enforces site-specific regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the premises.
- Securing premise inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
- Valid NYS Security Guard License.
- This position requires the ability to stand for long period.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
- Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
