Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and document observed activity, incidents, and policy-related concerns according to site procedures; Communicate with site personnel, visitors, and public contacts regarding rules, directions, and incident-related information, and report concerns through appropriate channels
