Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations; Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, and assisting with security-related requests from site leadership and/or emergency responders
