Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, remaining prepared to respond to access control issues, disturbances, and/or other security-related concerns; Maintain an armed presence in accordance with post orders, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies, helping to deter unauthorized activity and supporting appropriate response measures when needed; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and communicate professionally with occupants and visitors regarding site rules, directions, and/or security-related questions
