Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation and notifying appropriate personnel when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with visitor directions, and document security-related events, observations, and/or incidents according to site guidelines; Work collaboratively with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership during medical, fire, and/or facility-related events while following post orders and established protocols
