Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, tenants, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying credentials, authorizing visitors, and documenting deliveries, vendors, and guest arrivals.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity and/or property concerns.; Support property operations by maintaining accurate logs, writing clear incident reports, and providing directions or assistance to occupants and visitors at the location.
