Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response activities in a professional manner; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local law enforcement when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential security-related concerns; Maintain a visible armed presence at the location while monitoring entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts and/or reduce disruption; Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, patrol activity, and security-related concerns, and assist with de-escalation during customer and/or employee interactions when needed
