Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, parking areas, hallways, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support an orderly environment within a healthcare location.; Assist with handling routine questions, directions, and general support requests while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns and escalating issues when appropriate.
