Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help to control access, verify authorized entry, and/or provide directions and assistance as needed.; Support public-facing operations by observing for policy violations, addressing routine issues professionally, and communicating with supervisors and/or local authorities when appropriate.
