Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response protocols in a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help address policy violations, unauthorized activity, and/or customer service issues in a professional manner.; Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and shift activity logs related to patrol findings, customer interactions, and/or security-related events.
