Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site protocols and government facility requirements; Prepare clear, timely incident reports and communicate relevant observations, policy violations, and/or emergency situations to the appropriate personnel
