Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a dynamic aerospace and defense location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information in accordance with post instructions, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
