Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unwanted activity.; Monitor for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards within the location, and communicate security-related concerns promptly and professionally.; Assist with access control, opening and closing activities, and support for loss prevention awareness in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.
