Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and employees by following site-specific access control procedures, checking credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity at the location.; Monitor entry points, gates, and assigned areas to help support authorized access, report unusual activity, and communicate security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Respond to incidents, delivery issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying the appropriate personnel and completing required reports.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, yard, dock areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.; Help to support the flow of freight operations by verifying visitor and vehicle information, maintaining accurate logs, and following emergency response activities when appropriate.
