Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out assigned procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrance areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.; Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, and report findings according to site procedures.; Support access control and visitor interactions by verifying authorized entry points, providing directions, and addressing routine questions in a professional manner.
