Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as directed by site policies; Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential loss prevention concerns, and report observations to appropriate site representatives in a timely manner; Support access control and security-related presence at assigned posts to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or disruptions within the location
