Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions within a government location; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and movement throughout the location, verifying credentials, screening for prohibited items, and following post orders related to security-related operations; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Support security-related activities by preparing reports, maintaining logs, and/or assisting with investigations, inmate or detainee movement observation, and other post duties as directed by site policy
