Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating security-related concerns according to site guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, offices, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report suspicious behavior, prohibited items, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel; Support Allied Universal and site leadership with detailed incident reports, shift activity logs, and communication regarding operational changes, hazards, and/or maintenance issues observed during patrols
