Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a commercial real estate setting.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, corridors, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and observe onsite activity to help to deter trespassing, property damage, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.; Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, assisting with directional questions, and following Allied Universal post orders and incident reporting procedures.
