Source Strategies Analyst Level (3) - Mid (5+ yrs experience) - NGA Springfield, VA Salary Range: $115-125k Clearance Level - TS/SCI **Must be open to taking CI Poly after starting** Must Have: Five (5) years' experience with GEOINT collection management, reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures Demonstrated experience defining, documenting, or drafting workstreams, SOPs, or best practices in writing, Expertise with Microsoft Office tool suite, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, and or similar tools. Knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process. Ability to build and retain internal relationships and collaborate with external partners. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage competing demands and changing priorities. Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Desired: Experience performing GEOINT collection. Experience developing educational materials and performance support solutions (job aids, videos, documents, etc.) for a variety of customers and stakeholders.
