    DCI Job Requirement for: Program Analyst Location: APG, MD Job Description Serve as a Program Analyst Plan and generate: Spend plans
    Program/Budget Scheduling and Planning
    Inputs to budget exhibits (P/R Forms)
    Generate Documentation: Writes impacts and reclama statements
    In support of Milestone Decisions
    Contract strategies and plans
    Lifecycle costing, trade-off analysis, and budgetary strategies
    Program Office Estimates
    Collaborate with Assistance Product Managers (APMs) to: Formulate and justify execution of contracts
    Milestone decisions, FSAs, and vendor tradeoffs
    Track obligations and disbursements
    Program objectives, operating schedules and resource requirements
    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (Preferred)
    DAWIA Level I in Program or Business Functional Area (Preferred)
    5+ years' experience with Army Acquisition or DoD 5000
    Experience within a DoD or SETA PMO
    Experience with GFEBS, P&R Forms, smart charts, APBs, and POM
    Ability to create and execute MIPR/PWDs
    Familiar with Fiscal law (color of money)
    Expert in Microsoft Excel
