    This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI Polygraph.

    Vantor is seeking a TechINT Fusion Analyst with all-source and geospatial analysis experience to support the creation and maintenance of Mulit-INT-derived datasets within GIS and other data visualization software. The ideal candidate will have an eagerness to understand the Command, Control, and Logistics (C2L) and WMD domains and translate their domain knowledge into data tailored for end users and war fighters.

    This project supports a hard and deeply buried target mission set, providing critical analytic insights to government stakeholders. Success depends on analysts who are driven to deeply research topics and generate actionable data for customers. The work directly impacts national security objectives by transforming complex data into actionable intelligence in a highly specialized and sensitive domain.

    Responsibilities:

    • This position is full time onsite in Reston, VA.
    • Perform analysis using message traffic, FINTEL, social media, and geospatial information.
    • Generate 3D models and 2D data layers within GIS software; generate relevant metadata based on all-source research and analysis.
    • Provide analytic insights and domain knowledge to technical staff for software development and integration.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Current/active TS/SCI security clearance and current/active CI polygraph.
    • U.S. Citizenship

    At least six (6) years of experience in the following:

    • Applying all-source geospatial analysis techniques to multiple datasets
    • Performing geospatial analysis to determine key terrain, named areas of interest, and targets of interest
    • Integrating social network analysis (SNA) results with traditional all-source analysis, facility characterizations, and in-depth (deep dive) analysis.
    • Creating and editing data layers, shapefiles/KML/KMZ, 3D models, and other data types within GIS software
    • Domain knowledge of the following: Command, Control, and Logistics (C2L), WMD, or related fields
    • Have the technical skills, knowledge, and experience to accomplish the work with minimal oversight.
    • Have demonstrated the ability to: (1) effectively communicate verbally & in writing in English, (2) clearly & concisely express multifaceted concepts, (3) develop ideas in a logical sequence leading to a validated conclusion.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience using Terrabuilder, SKYLINE Global Server (SGS), SKYLINE Software Suite – Terra Explorer C2MP, ESRI ArcPro 3.x, ESRI ArcGIS 9.x, and SketchUp
    • Experience establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and developing clear, repeatable documentation formats
    • Experience using AI/ML tools to support analysis; proficiency in writing prompts for AI/ML tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop, process, evaluate, and prototype multi-disciplinary exploitation workflows and analytic methodologies
    • Proficiency in using predictive analytic tools and models (e.g., Signature Analyst) to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights
    • Strong capability to ensure new products, signatures, and processes align with customer requirements
    • Experience preparing, reviewing, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of technical reports, briefings, and analytic deliverables

    Pay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

    ● The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $99,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually.

    For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
