The Protective Security Officer (PSO) is a position within the security and protective service field of work.
The Protective Security officer is responsible for possessing and maintaining the appropriate certifications and training for areas to include First Aid, CPR, AED, Defensive Tactics, Handcuffing, Baton, OC Spray, and Firearms. Responsible for delivery of services as described in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The pay rate for this position is $33.95/hour + $4.40/hour H&W + $1.00/hour Pension.

Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of conditions. There is a frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.

Intermediate
High School Diploma/GED or better.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable experience in a field such as civilian community law enforcement, or military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service Ability to pass a Federal background check U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident Ability to obtain US Government Security Clearance Must be 21 years of age
