Provide expertise on current and future foreign capabilities in the air / air-defense domains. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to a dynamic work environment that is responsive to world events. 10+ years of experience working within the U.S. Intelligence Community. Experience with ELINT collection and analysis at the operational or technical level. An understanding of radars, radar design philosophy and applications, and use in air space monitoring and weapon control. Experience with analysis tools such as IMOM, ESAMS, EADSIM, SUPPRESSOR, AFSIM, FalconView, GALE, MIST, THRESHER, BVI, or equivalents. Experience developing code for modeling, simulation and analysis of military systems. Knowledge of aircraft, air operations, and air defense systems. Experience developing U.S. weapon systems. Exceptional analytic tradecraft, professional writing, proofreading, briefing and public speaking skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new skills/tools, and a willingness to expand areas of knowledge as required. Bachelor's degree is desired or equivalent life experience. Top Secret/SCI with an current Full-Scope Polygraph. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
