This role requires a highly adaptable, solutions-oriented professional who can balance compliance with operational speed while maintaining strict adherence to NISPOM and government security requirements.You will partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and program teams to enable mission success while safeguarding classified information and controlled technologies.What you'll do: Security Operations & Program ExecutionExecute daily collateral security operations in a high-growth environmentMaintain daily classified document control, accountability, and safeguardingSupport classified facility operations and Restricted AreasPersonnel Security & OnboardingProcess badge requests and issuance with accuracy and timelinessFacilitate weekly local new hire orientation and onboardingPresent New Hire Security Training as requiredForeign Visits & External EngagementsDaily processing, disclosure, and hosting of foreign visits in accordance with NISPOMCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant executionSupport classified meetings hostingRestricted Area (RA) & Access ControlPerform daily Restricted Area maintenance and access control managementEnforce entry/exit procedures and access requirementsExecute end-of-day Restricted Area security proceduresTechnology Control & ComplianceProcess Technology Control Plans (TCPs) in support of Corporate FSOSupport ITAR/EAR compliance and controlled technology safeguardsIncident Response & OperationsRespond to local alarms, GSOC alerts, and security incidentsProvide immediate response to outages and emergent issuesDocument and report incidents in accordance with policyClassified Handling & LogisticsManage classified shipping and receivingMaintain accountability and proper transfer procedures for classified materialsCOMSEC & Security SupportServe as Alternate Collateral COMSEC OfficerSupport COMSEC accountability, handling, and compliance requirementsCross-Functional PartnershipAct as a trusted security partner to internal teamsProvide guidance on security requirements, reporting obligations, and best practicesRequired qualifications: Must be a U.S. CitizenMUST HAVE Active Top Secret Security ClearanceCompletion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities (Safeguarding Certification)2-4+ years of experience in industrial security or cleared environmentsWorking knowledge of NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117)Experience with DISS, NISS, or equivalent systemsPreferred qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth defense environmentFamiliarity with foreign visit processing and TCPsExperience supporting classified facility operations or Restricted AreasExperience delivering security training or briefings#LCFull-time regular employee offer package: Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + EquityTemporary employee offer package: Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
