    IAMD Conceptual Operations Subject Matter Expert Participate as SME in IAMD and AOC related exercises, tests, experimentation, table top and staff level events contributing to the sustainment and modernization of the TACS (C2 and GIISR), AOC, and associated infrastructure.
    Advise leadership and recommend options to manage and improve TACS (C2 and GIISR) and IAMD combat integration processes, procedures, and doctrine; efficiency and effectiveness; equipment capabilities; associated training requirements.
    Actively participate in lead command strategy sessions, TACS (C2 and GIISR) and IAMD deep dives and other miscellaneous WS meetings. Review and coordinate relevant information. Coordinate with branch leadership to recommend A3C's position.
    Directly assist leadership in the management of operational concepts to include Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and Concept of Employments (CONEMPs), conceptual operational plans, and process execution.
    Plan, schedule, facilitate and execute IAMD and TACS Integration meetings, Working Groups, Secure Video Teleconferences (SVTC), and any other government directed meetings/events.
    Develop products in support of the Command and Control (C2) and Global Integrated Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (GIISR) Core Function Team (CFT).
    Liaise with system program offices, MAJCOM counterparts, and other agencies on staff to remain current on
    weapon system capabilities, developments, and initiatives; advise leadership on combat integration status and issues,
    specifically TACS and IAMD policies and positions.
    Support Command and Control Battle Management Communications (C2BMC) and IAMD Planner integration; liaison with other ACC Divisions, MAJCOMs, Tri-Service Cell and HQ AF Staffs on addressing CAF integration and training issues. C2ISR Staff Support
    IAMD Conceptual Operations Subject Matter Expert Experience as a USAF 11, 12, 13, 1C5, 1A34, previous 17XX, or similar Air Weapons Controller/Air Battle Manager AFSCs 10 Years Recent experience within the last 10 years with BCC, IAMD, or TACS 3 Years Experience working IAMD planning, execution and integration support in addition to IAMD document development and review; (i.e., Concepts, Roadmaps, Core Function Support Plans, Joint and Service Doctrine, Capability Requirements Documents, Requirements Working Groups, Task Training Lists, Mission Essential Tasks etc.) 3 Years Relevant experience as a project and/or program manager with demonstrated ability to perform as a senior level expert and serve as a senior project lead 4 Years Experience working in a Headquarters Staff (NAF, MAJCOM, or above) environment producing decision documents, presenting briefings, building staff packages, coordinating with other staff personnel, working with other major command elements, and interfacing with USAF staffs 3 Years Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat software Meets For more info email at
