We will consider either a full time employee or an independent contractor arrangement.This position is fully remote. Candidates may live anywhere in the United States.ResponsibilitiesDraft opening briefs in U.S. District Court -Social Security appealsReview administrative records and identify appealable issuesConduct legal researchDraft reply briefs and other federal court filings as neededTrack and meet all court deadlinesManage caseload independentlyQualificationsStrong legal writing skillsExcellent grammar and attention to detailAbility to analyze large administrative recordsSelf-starter who meets deadlinesPrior experience with Social Security disability lawPrior federal court briefing experience preferredCompensationCompensation will depend on experience and structure of engagement.
