Job Description Job Description Reagan Traffic Control is seeking a dedicated skilled Laborer to join our team.Duties:Study and learn the Illinois and MUTCD highway standards of work zone operationsSet up and Take down of Illinois/MUTCD standards at the request of contractorsDirect and control traffic during road maintenance when neededPerform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as requiredOperate forklift safely and efficientlyWash, grease, and assist in maintenance/servicing equipment including minor repairs and preventative maintenanceMaintain a clean and organized work environment, Follow all safety protocolsMust have a Valid Driver's LicenseMust be 18 years or olderOn the job training will be provided until proven to be able to set up work zones unsupervised. A book of Illinois and MUTCD highway standards will be provided in order to better understand what kind of work zones are required for contractors needs. SHOP pay will start at $15-18, ON THE JOB pay can range from $28-46 an hour.Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation and Sick DaysFull Time Position Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed.Flagger Certified and CDL License are encouraged to apply.477, Laborers Union card will need to be acquired by the 30th of the month higheredin order to make ON THE JOB wage ratesCompany Description We are a highway traffic control company that buys, sells and rents almost all things required by Illinois highway traffic standards.
