Summary
The Temporary Library Security Guard provides security for City facilities, enforces rules and regulations, and answer questions and provides information to the public. Position Overview: This part-time position requires availability to work any day of the week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. There are four open positions. Hours: 19 hours per week, scheduled as needed. Hourly rate: $18.00 - $19.00 FLSA status:Non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week)Work locations: 2 positions at the Main Library, 1 position at Velma Teague Library and 1 position at Foothills Library. Sick Time: Accrues at .034 hours per-hour-paid Essential Functions Essential Functions. Provides security for the city library locations; enforces rules and regulations.
