    Job Description Job Description Position Summary:TheQC Tech continuouslymonitorsproducts and materials for compliancetoACPA, NPCA, and multiple DOTs standards.Essential Job Functions/Duties:Successfully plan and execute product and material testing at proper intervalsEnsure all products meet or exceed ASTM and DOT specsPerform daily tests to ensure quality in product (cylinder breaks, pre-pour / post-pour, wire check, etc.)Solve basic technical and production problemsIdentifyand resolve quality control issuesConduct and document Pre and Post Pour Inspections of productTest and document fresh and hardened concretein accordance withindustry standardCommunicate and work with plant personnel to resolve quality issuesMaintain and document calibration and maintenance of QC testing equipmentInspect and stamp product according to DOT standards prior to shipmentMaintain all plant and personal certifications thru ACPA, NPCA, and multiple DOT'sInteract with government and industry inspectors as neededRequired Qualifications:Must have and maintain ACI Field Tech and ACI Strength Tech certificationsMustacquireandmaintainmultiple state DOT certificationsForklift certifiedCrane CertifiedRequired Qualifications:Ability to multitaskAbility to communicate clearly verbally and in writingAbility to keep andmaintainall required documentationExcellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAdditional Notes:Job responsibilities include but are not limited to what is listed in this document. Duties may entail other projects or functions required by management on an as needed basis.
