Unarmed Security Officer - Flex

Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Respond to any calls from the operator requesting a shift to be covered from little to no notice.
• Must be able to cross-train in various locations for any coverage needed, learning different SOP's and specific site instructions.
• Previous military exp preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license with no suspensions in 5 yrs.
• Physical Requirements: This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:
• Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 12 miles per shift)
• Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
