We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee's knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom-based CHS and surveillance trainingRelate instructional content to CBP law enforcement operationsFacilitate practical exercises and operational scenariosMentor and evaluate student performanceManage classroom environment and learning outcomesAssist with oversight and development of instructor cadreAdhere to all security and operational protocolsSupport curriculum refinement and training initiativesOther duties as assigned.QualificationsActive Secret security clearanceExtensive experience in federal law enforcement intelligence operationsDemonstrated expertise in Confidential Human Source operations and surveillanceExperience analyzing and synthesizing intelligence derived from source operationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work flexible schedulesPrior delivery of HUMINT / CHS / Surveillance training as an instructorCertified training experience from HUMINT or tradecraft schools10+ years of federal law enforcement experienceCBP experience (preferred, not required)Knowledge of instructional design principles (ADDIE or similar)Knowledge of surveillance and law enforcement intelligence cyclesStrong classroom leadership and mentoring abilitiesAbility to motivate students and deliver complex material clearlyTeleworking Permitted?YesTeleworking DetailsServices will be performed virtually as requiredEstimated Salary/WageUSD $65.00/Hr.
