    Adriana's is seeking an Immigration Consultant! This candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the immigration process, analyzing their cases, and determining whether the company can take on the case. This role requires developing and maintaining client relationships, attending events to identify potential clients, and actively working with the existing book of business to find qualifying clients. The Immigration Consultant will ensure accurate case follow-ups, provides information to clients, and supports administrative and operational tasks to enhance client experience and department efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Case Management:

    • Analyze clients' cases to evaluate if they qualify for immigration processes.
    • Assist clients with completing and submitting paperwork in a timely manner.
    • Verify the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
    • Create Gmail and USCIS accounts for clients for online filing.
    • Provide case follow-up, ensuring timely communication and updates.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
    • Conduct consultation calls and meetings with prospective and existing clients,
    • Close contracts with clients by presenting solutions tailored to their needs.

    Business Development:

    • Attend events to identify and attract potential clients.
    • Work with the existing book of business to identify qualifying clients.
    • Develop strategies to optimize client acquisition and retention.

    Administrative Support:

    • Generate reports and maintain manual and digital filing systems.
    • Develop and update administrative systems for efficiency.
    • Handle multiple projects and sensitive information in a confidential manner.
    • Create and manage forms, intake links, and required document lists for clients.

    Compliance and Knowledge:

    • Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and processes.
    • Ensure all processes comply with legal and ethical standards.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Coordinate office procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.

    Client Education and Guidance:

    • Educate clients about immigration options, timelines, and requirements.
    • Provide step-by-step guidance on the application and filing process,
    • Clarify any legal or procedural questions clients may have.

    Document Preparation and Filing:

    • Prepare comprehensive case summaries and cover letters for submission.
    • Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities.

    Problem-Solving and Case Resolution:

    • Identify and address potential challenges in clients' cases.
    • Collaborate with legal teams or supervisors for complex case resolutions.
    • Provide alternative solutions if initial plans are not feasible.

    Outreach and Networking:

    • Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations and legal networks.
    • Represent the company at seminars, workshops, and industry events.
    • Develop marketing strategies to promote services and expand client base.

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction and case outcomes.
    • Regularly update internal databases with case progress and notes.
    • Suggest improvements to internal processes based on client feedback and industry trends.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in immigration consulting, legal support, or a related field.
    • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Bilingual in English & Spanish
    • Familiarity with immigration laws, processes, and documentation requirements.

    Pay: $25 hourly plus bonuses & commissions (full time with benefits)

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
