Job Description
As a Security Officer - Patrol in Latrobe, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed04:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur08:00 AM - 04:00 PMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do:- Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, assisting with access control activities, visitor direction, and other security-related support functions.Support healthcare operations by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional presence. Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:
